One of the typical things non-vegetarians say to plant-based people at banquets is, “There’s plenty to eat on the buffet!  There’s salad!” Meanwhile, their options are not as healthy, but the aromas are enough to make us wonder!  Haha!

Salad can be pleasant or boring, but I still think it should be thought of as an appetizer!  As a general rule, plant-based people LOVE to eat — and their diets are far more flavorful and much healthier since they constantly are packing in those powerful phytonutrients!
